compassion for the balloon

andrew has this little helicopter toy that shoots off a disk-type thing that he and his dad really like to play with together. this morning they were playing with it and the disk hit one of andrew's balloons. andrew ran over to the balloon and picked it up, almost hugging it, and said, 'you ok? i sorry.' mason and i thought it was super cute yet ironic. he's worried about the poor welfare of a balloon while when he gets together with friends, he tends to play too rough and doesn't understand when we are correcting him.
