last week, anders and i took advantage of the nice weather and went to The Farm with our friends, erica and cooper. The Farm is an operational farm that is run by the city. they have just about every kind of farm animal you can think of. i'd heard about it before but never been there. we had so much fun! and it was a great time to be there too because they had a new kid (baby goat) born just that morning. it brought back lambing memories of the ranch!
i was so excited to take anders to the farm! afterall, his favorite baby einstein video is baby macdonald. and he's showing quite an interest in animals of all kinds lately. he was excited to see them, it's just that he showed interest in the animals for only 30 seconds or so and then he was off to see the rocks!!

erica and i thought it would be so cute to get the boys' picture sitting on the tractor.anders didn't think so. but cooper did!
anders was just interested in the tires.

Oh my gosh... those boys are so dang cute! Hopefully Anders digested all those rocks he ate. Thanks again for going with us!
How fun! It sounds like you guys have been busy. I was so excited to see pictures of the farm!!! I did an internship there and absolutely LOVED it! They have great classes for kids when Andrew gets a little older!
Grandpa Ellgen would be so proud of Andrew and his passion for John Deere!
