mason was SO excited about this pumpkin! i wasn't so excited about this pumpkin. it just seemed like it was going to be a lot more work to carve and clean it (aren't i lazy!). that's my halloween confession... i'm not such a fan of carving pumpkins. i like having the jack o' lanterns but i don't like the process of carving them. but there are some exceptions: i love the smell of pumpkin and i love eating roasted pumpkin seeds.
but mason pulled out his jigsaw and carving was cake. i actually think we'll do it this way from now on because it was so easy.
andrew was curious about what mason was doing.

anders loved chewing on pumpkin. yum.....

after anders gagged and puked on a bit of pumpkin, we had to have him suck on his binky so he won't put anymore in his mouth. but he still had fun playing with it and making a mess.

Did you grow the pumpkin in your garden? What a great idea to use a saw! I'm with you when it comes to cleaning and carving pumpkins. Leave it to the men!
